Mr Brian Foreman and Mayor of Rainow, Mr Bill Bennett
The Mayor of Rainow, Mr Bill Bennett, was pleased to present Mr Brian Foreman with a Civic Award in recognition of the outstanding contribution he has made to the Community.
There was an excellent spread of food with sandwiches provided by Councillors and some fantastic cakes received from the Womens Institute and Mothers Union.
We also welcomed Rainow Rose Queen, Tabby Prager and her attendants (Grace Gowling and Lily and Rowan Suarez-Thompson).
The Parish Council would like to say a big thank you to all residents who joined in to help make the Civic Service such a successful event. In particular all Members of the Womens Institute, the Mothers Union and Church Members.
We could not make this possible without your help.
